Pre-mixed Glow in the Dark Paint (1 litre) This is a new type of photo luminescent pigment with long afterglow properties. Typically over 10 hours. Glow time and intensity is not equal for all types and depends on the powder grade, particle size and color. Glow in the dark paint can be applied on most surfaces like metal, paper, wood, plastic, leather and glass. You can apply this paint by brush painting or spray painting. Thinning with turpentine is required if you are spraying. Glow painting produces the best results when painted on light colored surfaces. You should apply at least 3 (three) coats of glow paint as the thickness helps in the brightness. Allow a drying time of about 15 minutes between each coat. Complete drying time is about an hour. Good effects can be achieved if the painting is done in semi darkness, under a UV light. This helps in seeing the glow effects as you are painting. Glow in the Dark Paint comes pre-mixed and packed in 1 litre (33 fl oz) cans. Epoxy Protector is useful if the paint is to be used outdoors.
