Glow time and intensity is not equal for all types and depends on the powder grade and particle size. Those with the letter 'W' in its product name can be used in water based paints and inks. Price difference lies in the grade of powder and particle size. There are 4 grades at present and they are '1', '2', '3' and '4'.
